Made with 100% food safe papers and materials, the tint is created using paste food dyes, the type you use to dye icings and frostings and such. I create these at our local community center's inspected kitchen. You dip and steep them like a regular tea bag, rose and all.  Just plop one in your cup and pour your boiling water!  That's it!  They look so pretty steeping in your cup ~ a truly unique, totally romantic touch to your tea time!
